At Tuesday’s City Council meeting, the City in partnership with Diablo Regional Arts Association (DRAA) accepted the Award of Merit from the California Association for Local Economic Development (CALED) for its Business Leaders for the Arts program—an innovative initiative strengthening ties between the business and local arts community.

Additionally, the office of Assemblymember Rebecca Bauer-Kahan presented a proclamation to recognize the achievement.
