Stereo 41 Brings Hi-Fi Dining to Walnut Creek

On November 13, 2025 , Stereo 41 located at 1535 Bonanza Street marked its grand opening with a ribbon
cutting. Styled as a “hi-fi restaurant,” the concept draws inspiration from Japanese kissaten listening cafes, spaces built around high-fidelity vinyl playback on premium audio equipment. Stereo 41 pairs that immersive sound experience with an elevated menu blending Middle Eastern and Japanese influences. Mayor  Darling, Councilmember Silva, and Economic Development staff attended the celebration.
