Ruby Lou’s Boujee Bites & Games celebrated its grand opening February 27, 2026, at 1501 N. Broadway introducing a vibrant, immersive dining and entertainment experience to the city. The venue features creative cocktails by award-winning mixologist and Creative Director Megan Abraham Benshalom, alongside elevated comfort fare such as braised beef short rib nachos, wagyu hot dogs on pretzel buns, and playful desserts including the signature YOLO Sundae. Designed to be family-friendly by day and a lively 21+ experience in the evening, Ruby Lou’s blends food, games, and highly visual “Instagram-worthy” moments into a unique multigenerational destination.
